Talk:Go Debt Limited

Anyone have any problems with go-debt or there solicitor hollis briggs They have put a charging order on my house.... Yet i dont recall them telling me of a ccj.... i am putting in a set aside noticce today.. but want to counter claim and try get any documents related to me and the debt.. I have asked before and have recieved an agreement thats it Then when i question them over data protection and other items i asked for they sent me a letter and another copy of the agreement and the documantation of them buying the debt i have looked at the litigation letter on here.. what i would like help with is with that letter How a go about getting defence sorted and do i apply to the court first Or request the information off go-debt first then sort defence out and is the claim number i use on the form is it the go-debt court claim number And what happens if go-debt dont come up with any part of the information i require or say they dont have it Were do i stand
