Banking/Finance

New/Replacement Card was sent to wrong address(10)
Requested statements (SAR or not) was sent to wrong address(10)
Did not comply with SAR
Undue delay to rectify a bank error.

Insurance

Insurance company lost record of my NCD.
Insurance company lost paperwork.

Retail

Goods delivered were not as ordered.
Inadequate assembly instructions. (I DON'T THINK WE CAN GO TO THE LEVEL OF MANUFACTOR - THERE WOULD SIMPLY BE TOO MANY.)

Services

Service provided was not as advertised.
Engineer caused damage to property
Engineer did not arrive.
Engineer arrived late.

Government/Official

DVLA ignored my SORN.(5)
DVLA ignored my SORN and fined me.(10)
Council promised new/replacement bin and did not deliver.(5)
Incorrect allocation of income tax payment.

Travel

Incorrect travel information causing unnecessary route diversion. (or is this transportation?)

Transportation would be bus companies/Coach companies etc... I would have thought.

Company's telephone operator was rude, etc. - NOT SURE ABOUT THIS ONE, TOO OPEN TO INTEPRETATION. - Company's telephone operator's manner was inadequate?

Cancellation line permanently engaged (or not answered).
