Inadequate assembly instructions. (I DON'T THINK WE CAN GO TO THE LEVEL OF MANUFACTOR - THERE WOULD SIMPLY BE TOO MANY.)
Goods were faulty, retailer advised me to contact manufactorer.
Order goods on-line - goods did not arrive. Unable to get a response.

Transportation would be bus companies/Coach companies etc... I would have thought.
