Has any one else had problem with Natwest Bank. Some months ago been refunded some bank charges that went back to 6 years, however in the last two months since I got the refunded I found that the bank now seems to be putting all sorts of charges in my account, sometimes they even charge 3 lots of 38 pounds for refusing some direct debits. When I queried this recent charges, they basically told me they were unable to refund the new charges because apparently when they refunded the charges few months ago, i agreed that I will not query any more charges.
